- Changes to Orders: Changes must be made in writing BEFORE WE START THE PROCESS, will depend on where order is in process, and may incur additional charges. Changes may delay production and shipping. Please note you will receive always a written quote will all specs for your custom job, this quote is good only for one week (if you need to a new quote weeks or months later you need to submit a new request). Once you approved the quote by email, you will receive an invoice, once the invoice is processed we can start with the process.
- Terms of return (i.e. number of days). We will send by a free digital proof with each orde, howeve, it is your responsibility to make sure there are no errors. Please review the artwork carefully before sending your approval; Errors that are found once the work is Printed CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR REPRINT, be extra careful. Once we have received your approval, your artwork will be upload to the cloud and we will start the process, at this point your job will be printed as is.
- We are professionals with more than 30 years of experience, every job will be process exactly as described on your invoice, we are detail oriented and we take care to process on time. Please note if you have a sensitive time deadline, you must have to confirm first if you have enough time to meet your deadlines safety. Please take in consideration external factor out of our control such a weather, carrier with tight schedules during the holidays, weather alerts , and any other unexpected delay. You must organize your orders based on the turnaround provided pon each quote.
- All orders will be process after receive a deposit or payment by credit card before start the process. All orders must be paid in full upon shipping without exception. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Please note our third party merchant will process your payment, for your safety we do not storage your credit card information.
- Contact details: Please be sure you provide accurate information for all your orders, invoicing, shipping address, and special instructions. Also, do not forget to check twice your contact details on every job printed, once the job is printed there is not way to return or get a refund for errors found after the product is printed or shipped.

Carriers and Tax
- Ultimate delivery, customs clearance, duties, taxes and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the consignee. All transaction will be subject to sales tax. If you have tax exemption you must present your updated Sales Certificate.
